    Ben was incredibly courteous, and his communication was exemplary right from initial contact. He visited at short notice and I was so impressed with his work ethic and manner. Would recommend without hesitation.

    Ben came out and advised me on the job. He didn't charge for the call out because he said it was the job of South West Water. He was polite, courteous and respectful of the property. His advice saved me paying out money as SWW did the job for free, so I am very grateful.

    Once the blockage was identified as the main drain, Ben had no hesitation about telling me that the work should be carried out by South West Water. I would not have known this, and he could have done the job and billed me, but he straight away told me I could get it done for free from SWW, and didn't even charge for a call-out fee, despite it being a rainy and windy evening. He was polite friendly and honest. Brilliant!

  • I had problems with blockages in my sewer.

    I was having problems with blocking in my sewer system. I called flux to see if they could come out to see what the problem was. Ben came out very quickly and was extremely polite and friendly. He identified the problem very quickly and explained that part of the pipe had broken which was causing the issue. Ben explained to me what would be required to fix the problem and also explained how this process works. Ben did the work there and then and we have had no issues since. Fantastic service all round from Ben. If you have any drain issues don’t hesitate to give flux sewer a call.
