    Fraser fitted a car charging point at our home. Such a delightful man. Very knowledgeable and we felt trustworthy. Told us exactly what he was going to do, where and how. All went according to plan and efficiently. He even helped when we rang him as we had a problem charging g and told us very patiently that it wasn’t the charger but the app on our phone connected to the vehicle! Admittedly we did feel daft. I think he thought it was quite amusing!

    Fraser turned up on time and was very easy to get in touch with when we had to make a change to the original time slot. He was very polite and made us feel comfortable the whole time as we could sense he knew exactly what he was talking about. He carried out the work in a very tidy and confident manor.
