  • Full downstairs fitting

    We recently used Ford Floors to lay engineered oak flooring through our full downstairs (entryway, living room, kitchen, utility area and downstairs toilet). Steve came for a consultation to help us choose what type of flooring we wanted and measure our space. Steve was really knowledgeable on all types of flooring and helped us choose what we wanted. Steve have detailed invoices for our work and was really reasonably priced for what we got. He was friendly and reliable and completed work to an excellent standard. We would happily recommend to anyone and would use Ford Floors again!

    I needed a last minute fitter because I was let down by my original fitter. So I came into Checkatrade. I am so pleased that I did because Steve was great and did a fantastic job, no faults whatsoever! He simply turned up, got on with the job and smashed it. He is a pleasant guy and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone work so hard. Thank you so, so much!

  • Herringbone floors in kitchen

    Steve did a great job with laying herringbone engineered wood flooring across multiple levels. There was a lot of work needed to prep the floors before the work could be done. He also fitted plank flooring in a hallway and study. Steve was very good at dealing with problems with a burst pipe, the wrong amount of flooring being delivered (from another supplier) and the house being cold. Would recommend!

    Steve fitted replacement laminate floors in a newly renovated bedroom. The standard of work and colour matching of the high quality flooring and skirting was amazing and the final finish was fantastic. I only wish I knew of his company before I had other flooring laid. As far as value for money is concerned; he is unbeatable. Many thanks for a great job.
