10Verified ReviewJames Forrester, from Forry's Appliance Repair in Alcester, told me that the drum on my old machine needed replaced, an expensive business. Since the machine was 24 years old, he suggested upgrading to a new machine and recommended one on discount. He ordered the new machine and supplied and plumbed it in two days later. He was helpful, courteous and a quick. tidy worker. He removed all packaging along with my old machine. I have used the new machine twice so far and am very pleased with it. I would strongly recommend James Forrester and his work.
