    Very impressive and professional service. The technician, Ahmad, arrived on time, explained everything that needed to be done, installed the TV on the wall and drilled a hole through to an adjoining cupboard for the cable. He was very polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Full marks to Ahmad (highly recommended) and Fortis. Ahmad's attitude was in stark contrast to the service technicians from Currys, who came a few days earlier to supposedly install the TV, and said 'we're not doing that' - basically because the computer says no!
