Our home is over a hundred years old, and came with numerous problems i.e walls, and floors that were not straight, and needed re-plastering etc, but Ian sorted everything out for us, and made a situation that could of been very stressfull, so straightforward & was professional throughout. The finished product is amazing, and we would highly recommend Foxcotte Property Services.

10I rang and had our leak looked at and fixed within a few hours a couple of days before Christmas. It turned out the toilet was leaking through the floor and to the ceiling below so we were so grateful for the speed and the ability to fix and prevent any further damage as well as stopping waste leaking through the ceiling over Christmas!
