    80’s built bungalow dinner room 14’sq next to a galley style kitchen, dividing wall removed to make a large kitchen family room, filled in kitchen door to create space for cupboards using dining room door as main access, made good artex ceiling replaced floor, lots more socket etc installed new kitchen including hob oven dishwasher wash machine sink all plumbing and electrical work with new down lights, took care of all dealing with Howden’s and other suppliers including traders Excellent

    Aidan and Harry were really professional. As a single parent, with no experience within the building trade I had been worried about finding a good builder to carry out the extension but Foxtail were great. Work carried out to exceptionally high standard, communication was excellent and I'm really pleased with the end result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, very happy to have used Foxtail.

  • Under stairs storage and wall of joinery

    Harry and Aiden have worked on two jobs for me now. They built some under stairs storage for a client, including a full height cupboard and two pull out drawers on runners. Quality of workmanship was second to none, and the drawers strong and robust. Nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased with the work, I got them to build a whole wall of joinery in my house, including fitting a stone counter and concealed desk with pivot doors. It was a collaborative process - they advised me on how to alter my design to make it more robust and fit for purpose. Excellent! Very reasonable on price too.

Foxtail carpentry and construction is a Brighton based general building company with a particularly high standard of finish, we are happy to work on any project from built in furniture and kitchens to extensions, renovations and new builds.


Finding a builder you can trust can be intimidating, so we have always tried to make the experience as easy and trouble free as possible. We are happy to discuss a project with you from the beginning, will advise wherever possible, and throughout a build we maintain good communication, working closely with you to provide a result you're delighted with.


We have a wealth of experience across all aspects of carpentry and building including:
