  Jake was fantastic - punctual, hard working, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. He made suggestions to help us achieve what we wanted, found solutions to the issues we faced, did the work for the price quoted, and the job was done much quicker than I thought it would be! Would definitely call Jake again for any future work.

  Work completed over the course of a week, including weekends. Good communication and time keeping. Did a really good job, nice finish on the plastering. Tidied at the end of every day. Good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to use FPA building services again.

• Rendering

  Please do not use this tradesman. Jake was initially approachable, however his workmanship is beyond adequate, and his professionalism is worse still. Smooth sand and cement render looks like a painted dry stone wall. After complaining about the rendering on our property, it has taken 7 months of abuse from Jake to reclaim just 50% of our outlay costs. Avoid at all costs!!!
