The team have completely transformed our home to a high standard including new kitchen, utility, dining room, study, internal bi-fold doors and external bi-fold doors.   Had the kitchen knocked through to the dining room, and completely re fitted throughout. Work was done in a very professional manner, very hard working, kept you informed of what was happening throughout the project. Work was carried out to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend this builder.

  We are extremely please with the works that Frazer and his team have carried out at our property. The original price was competitive, and the correspondence from day one has been great. Frazer was able to complete the works within 4 months from the signing of contracts and even worked evenings/weekends to ensure our house was not a building site for the Christmas break. He was happy to make small changes to the build when we required it, and always sought our approval before rectifying any issues that arose. We would highly recommend Frazer Nye for any future building works.

  We approached Frazer to do a single storey extension and new kitchen and WC. Including demolishing of the existing garage and lean to. We are so happy that we went with Frazer and his team. He has been so helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. His communication skills were excellent and would always keep us in the loop with what was happening. The finish of the kitchen and WC is to such a high standard, Frazer has a great eye for detail! Everything came in on budget and within the time scale of 10-12 weeks. We already have Frazer booked for the next project!

• Build a large front wall and flatten front driveway

  I had Frazer remove about 10 truck loads of turf, flatten the area to make a drive way. Plus knock down the front walls to rebuild them. Great comms, excellent work, lovely team of people. Awesome job.
