  Friendly and courtesy team, hard working and efficient. Communications before and after the job were excellent, including a site visit the day before to check access, etc. Work carried out to a high standard. Spent time to tidy up afterwards, including public paths that they had used, which was impressive.

• Rebuild dwarf wall around patio

  The dwarf wall around our patio had dropped in the middle due to insect activity and root action. We employed Fresh Air to take down and rebuild the wall. From start to finish Alistair and his team were friendly and approachable. Some of the bricks could not be salvaged so there were initially some issues with the rebuild, but Alistair addressed my concerns with no quibble whatsoever and I am very happy with the end result. Clearly the relationship with the customer is important, something that you don't always find!

• New Block Paved Drive

  We had our old concrete drive taken up and a new larger block paved drive installed. The work included replacement of an old soak away and replaced with new. The team were brilliant all were polite, helpful and engaging working to provide us the drive we desired. There was nothing too difficult for them including making a safe walking route for trick or treaters and allowing me to be able to decorate for Halloween! These guys are the best.

  Alistair was extremely helpful with the whole planning stage. The team arrived and worked quickly and tidily. They were polite and friendly working very hard through some appalling weather. The finished product was exactly as discussed and completed to a high standard . Extremely pleased with the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alistair and his team.
