He diagnosed the problem and sent me a quote 2 days later, which I accepted. He then arranged a visit 5 days later, again keeping to date and time arranged. He fitted some new actuators and left my home neat and tidy. His communication was excellent and he's a really pleasant genuine guy!

The boiler was fixed. Jake was very transparent with costs and was always prompt with his communication.
