    The team on the day who moved us from one home to another were efficient and friendly and went above and beyond with the moving experience . Nothing was too much to ask, garden plants , heavy goods, wrapping beds and dismantling and then rebuilding sofas etc

    My family recently moved home after a difficult year. We were dreading move day as everyone had said how stressful it could be.The person who did the estimate was very friendly and understanding and they gave upfront information and costs which made me want to use them and I’m so glad I did! Their customer service and support has been outstanding. They visited the day before the move date and took most of our goods and thank goodness they did as the completion was made early. The team were friendly, supportive, efficient and helpful. They really went over and above to ensure the move went smooth

    Due to some delays in our conveyancing process it hadn't been possible to confirm that our move would go ahead as planned until the day before we were due to be packed up. Funnells were flexible and accommodating in spite of the uncertainty and provided an excellent service all around. The packing service made a huge difference to the whole experience and the move itself was a success. I was particularly grateful for their help in reassembling furniture and plumbing our washing machine upon arrival. The whole team were a pleasure to be around, making a stressful life event enjoyable.
