    I highly recommend Andy Jones. He is an intelligent, hard working, honest and skilled carpenter. He is also reliable, takes pride in his work and really cares that the client is happy with the end result. He is competitively priced, keeps a close eye on the budget and will highlight beforehand any extra work which may incur additional costs. He has saved me quite a bit of money by offering more cost effective solutions. He shines out as a tradesman who is positive, loves his craft and shows great respect for you and your property.

    Andy Jones is a very reliable and trustworthy tradesperson. He quoted for the job for hanging 4 doors over 2 days which he completed on time. He came back twice afterwards. Once to finesse the doors once they’d been hung and once to plane the bottom of one of the doors due to a new carpet being laid. He did not require any additional payment. I would recommend Andy to anyone searching for a carpenter for his work and his personality. Well pleased with the result.

  • Built a wardrobe, put some new doors on an existing cupboard. Prior to this he fitted all interior doors and built a cupboard under the stairs.

    I have no issue recommending Andy to anyone that needs a good carpenter, he is very trustworthy, polite and courteous. The work carried out was to a very high standard, he kept me informed throughout the day. All mess was cleaned before he left. I will be using his services again.

Hello, my name is Andy. I started my apprenticeship in 1996 at Bromsgrove NEW college. I completed my course in 1999 and since then have always been learning. I started out with a work placement during my course and from then moved on to subcontracting to gain more experience. From 2002 I decided to set up my own small business.

The majority of the work I undertake is at people's homes, although I occasionally do commercial work.

Below is a list of the most commonly asked tasks I carry out:

Skirting Boards, Architraves, Mouldings.

Laminated & Vinyl click flooring.

Full kitchen installations & replacement worktops and doors.

Staircases, Handrails, Spindles.

Under stairs storage solutions & Alcove storage. 

Boxing, Shelving and Flat Pack Assembly.

Decking, Pergolas, Sleepers, Decorative fencing & Gates.

As you can see a range of carpentry tasks are undertaken.
