• Bifold hinge replacement

  We have a set of bifold Solarlux doors (~20 years old) that had a worn out hinge causing a gap at the top of the door. Tony came and inspected, determined it needed a part that wasn’t in mass production anymore and managed the process of acquiring it start to finish, keeping me updated along the way. When it came to installation, they left the door looking like brand new - fantastic.

  Tony was very professional, detailed and clear in all aspects of the work. I wanted to add 2 glass panels to my front door and he was able to give an initial quote from photos I sent. Once agreed he came to the property do take detailed measurements before ordering the glass. He was very clear and explained the process and timescales involved. Tony arrived to fit the glass promptly at the exact time he’d advised and again took time he explain what he’d be doing. The work was completed to a high standard and the area was left clean and tidy before he left. Would definitely recommend Tony.

• Fixing bifold doors

  I’ve been having issues with my bifold doors and had tried another company to try and fix them without success. I came across Tony on a google search and contacted him after watching a video of what to expect. My overriding impression was that Tony was very knowledgable. He also did what he said he’d do and didn’t need chasing - not the case with the previous outfit I’d used. On the day, the work went without a hitch, the doors are better than ever and he was polite and tidy. I really couldn’t fault him at all.

• Replace seal, repair dropped doors

  Initially sent a photo of the doors to Tony who spotted that they had dropped, causing the bottom seal to catch. He corrected both and added a magnetic catch to the opening door to stop it flapping and slamming the frame. Our doors had not been installed properly and half the screws were missing from the hinges, Tony and his son fixed all of this, even taking the glass units out and refitting them. Liaising on What's App was great, keeping me updated on arrival time. Excellent value for money, doors are a joy to use now!

• Door repair

  Tony has done a door repair for us during summer. The large back door was not in good shape, not locking properly not insulating etc, and it looked like some substandard work was done on the door making the repair tricky. Tony did an excellent work on the door solving all issues. It closed and opened smoothly like a brand new door. It's five months since he have done the work and so far we haven't had any problems. Highly recommended.
