  • Complex fencing work

    Galley Fencing ( Spencer) were just the organisation I wanted. I needed someone who was prepared to plan and do the work carefully to preserve many existing plants and shrubs and deal with trees crossing the border with a neighbour. Spencer was helpful from the start, he took time to plan with me the work and to accommodate the neighbours requirements. He dealt with all unforseen circumstances and was happy to do various little extras as we went along. Spencer, and his friendly assistant Reece, coped well with the regular rain and did the work at mutually convenient times. An excellent job.

    Job was to replace old worn out fencing with closed board panels, concrete posts and gravel boards. 10 panels at back garden and 6 to side with difficult access between wall and house. Spencer provided three quotes as I changed my spec twice. Spencer and team turned up on time and finished job as planned. Very happy with finished fencing, as were my neighbours, more than happy to recommend Galley Fencing, first class service.

    I was extremely happy with the quality of work that was done, a new fence with posts and gravel boards. He also chopped down an amount of tree trunk to enable him to get fence straight. They tidied up after themselves and were very respectful, courteous, and hard-working. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself in the future.

Hello, I’m Spencer, the Fencer owner of Galley Fencing.


Galley Fencing is a small dedicated family run business which is in its 5th year of running.


I have over 10 years’ experience in the trade and take pride in every single job that is carried out and as a perfectionist, I make sure all work is finished to a very high standard, from the moment of meeting you all the way through to getting the job done.


All materials used by us are pressure treated and of top quality, from the timber, concrete, and fixings etc.


We cover every aspect of fencing, gates, decking and shed bases, new fit, replace, and repair, no job too big or too small.


We prioritise everyone’s needs as necessary to you as an individual customer, with a happy and reliable service and make sure everyone of you is more than satisfied with the works carried out. We are fully insured and happy to work around a time schedule that suits you.
