  Gaz was brilliant from the first point of engagement. He was clear in what he would do and delivered quotes as promised. The quality of the finished work is brilliant and the way Gaz and the team was amazing - great effort, tidy, good communication and polite. Would recommend and had booked him to do some more work before he had finished this one!

• Patio and gravelling

  We had a patio levelled and paved in our back garden and gravel and root protection installed in our front garden. Gaz and his team were very professional and have done an excellent job, we cannot wait to spend time in our new garden. Gaz was flexible arranging a timing that worked with our schedule and the team was very respectful of our house (the patio had to be accessed walking through the living room) and left everything tidy and clean. Would be a pleasure to work with them again.

  I’ve worked with many trades over the years and my experience with Gaz has been one of the very best. I cannot rate him highly enough, he understood I had a vision and he did everything possible to help me achieve that, but he also took time to advise me on alternatives based on his experience. His quality of work was to a very high standard and he and his team worked very hard to get the work done on time and on budget. For comparison, I met with a few other ‘top rated’ checkatrade companies but all seemed to want to work to their own agenda, Gaz was a different, a real breath of fresh air !

• Drive, patio and a planter

  I was looking for some fair and reliable landscaper for a long time. Gave up. Decided to do it myself. Then completely by chance I saw Gazi doing drive to my client's neighbors. Asked for a quote, it came back a very quick and attractive, 2 weeks later my drive and a planter was immaculately completed to the standards that pleased my wife. Trust me, you DON'T need any other words to give reference Very solid, passionate at work, demanding from himself but after all Great Man. Beautiful drive done and we are good friends by now.

  I would strongly recommend C&J Construction for any type of ground works. They are professional, responsible and reliable. They surveyed the work promptly and provided a detailed and estimate cost for their work which was within my budget. Once hired, they arranged for all materials to arrive on site in a timely manner and was there to ensure that all the materials are stored safely. The quality of their work and overall finish was flawless and the work was completed in a timely manner.
