    Our garage door suddenly had a ‘mind of its own’. It opened when not asked and would open and closed several times - we were not in control. We got in touch with the nearest specialist and asked if they could look at it and, if possible repair it. The team were excellent, from the office to the ‘engineer’ timely, clear and thorough. Office organised a date, time and cost. The engineer made sure the door was as it should be. It was not easy either because we had not serviced it for quite a few years. We would recommend them - the service was of high standards and such nice people too!

    Large garage door's springs had come off the bracket because of rotten timber. Chap came in to assess and quote and gave options (baseline repair to keep things going, providing an automatic mechanism or replacing the door). I chose to get the baseline repair because of renovation works. Repairer came when agreed, fixed up the rotten timber, repaired the bracket and reattached the spring and cleaned up pristinely. Excellent comms & service. Clean & professional work. Great result. Very happy indeed.
