  I was impressed with Gary’s punctuality on the first day he came over to see what was the project about and this was the business card I needed to trust him with what I needed done in the house. It's so hard nowadays to find someone reliable, and Gary and Dan did not disappoint. The work started and finished as planned. Some unexpected things needed to be addressed and there was no problem for Gary and Dan to sort them out for us. I am happy with the result of their hard work and I will use their services , for sure, if needed. Garydan Properties Limited ?????????? from us! Excellent service!

• Bathroom fitting

  Both Gary and Dan were brilliant throughout. They work quickly and are always cheery. The quality of their work is extremely high. We had the floor taken up, fixed and new boards put down, the tiles were taken off and new ones applied. The existing bathroom suite had Maintenence and new fittings applied. All plumbing work was fixed. New light fixtures. The bathroom fan was fixed, window handles and door handle fixed, plus a bathroom cabinet and shower glass panel put up. They painted the walls and ceiling and tidied up everything at the end of each day. I highly recommend using this company!

• Garage conversion

  Garydan Properties did an amazing garage conversion into a Summer House/office space where we started with a site visit to draw up plans and agree what I wanted. They made it very easy for me to visualise the end result and they had some great ideas which has worked really well. I wanted to be able to run water, and they were able to do this, plus hardwire my internet. I would highly recommend this company for their unique skills, hard graft, tidiness - they are such a polite team. Nothing was too much trouble!
