He was so courteous and polite, arrived on time and worked really hard and replaced all the parts leaving a fully working system for me to hand over to the new owners. He went above and beyond the call of duty (helping me with moving a large piece of furniture) and he restored my faith in people. I would really recommend him (Alistair) - as a trustworthy, honest, hardworking, reliable worker - thank you!!

The job was done quickly and neatly, we had great communication throughout the process and the appointments were always on time. Additonally Alistair was a star when we messed up the settings and lost the heating half a year later and helped us over the videocall to make it right on the same day, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future for any heating/plumbing needs.
