    If there was an 11 I’d choose that. All jobs were done were top notch. Very happy with all aspects of Mike’s work. Professional, friendly, on time, responsive and most of all very thorough. Mike makes sure the jobs he does are 110% complete. Excellent communicator, explains everything and you can tell he truly cares. He’s not a salesman. A very genuine, solid professional.     Mike was absolutely brilliant. I let him down when I fell ill on the day we had arranged and he was very accommodating and had no issues rearranging. Was happy to come and do the work at a time that worked for me, he was extremely polite and easy to talk to. I couldn't recommend him any higher.
