Checking a non working boiler and restarting

10Verified ReviewAdvised by Smart Meter installer that there was a gas leak and the supply was capped. Called Gas Smart and their engineer was on site within 2 hours. He carried out a thorough test and identified the problem as a faulty gas valve in an old boiler. Gas Smart located a new valve the next day, even though the item is now obsolete, and returned to install the new valve that day. The whole exercise was completed in 24 hours. Throughout all the engineers that visited were excellent - polite and obviously well trained and the office support was great. The above ratings show our opinion of the team.

He did confirm that there was a very small leak in my gas hob,but most importantly it was within the norms.In due course when convenient,if I am concerned to purchase a new hob
