• Blocked kitchen sink

  I had a blockage in my kitchen sink, which was causing overflow issues when the wash machine ran. John was recommended to me by a friend and rightly so. He responded to my message very promptly - and was thankfully available to sort the emergency blockage on short notice. John was able to locate the problem quickly and managed to get things back to working order. He also gave some good advice about old pipes that really require updating. I’d have no hesitation having him come back to to that repair work.

• Gas leak tracing and boiler fitting

  John really helped us out after we'd been stood up multiple times by big firms. He was timely, tidy, and did a really thorough and professional job of tracing a leak that had evaded the others. In the end, we got a new boiler as the old one was reaching end of life. John was very flexible despite our difficult schedule, and completed the work in full for a very reasonable price. We're really happy with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

• New Boiler fitted

  The heat exchanger was cracked and leaks were found elsewhere; decided to install new boiler in a different room. Leaks were found under the slate kitchen floor and elsewhere; this required new radiators and piping to be laid. Low water pressure led to discovery of old grit and stone in the pipework, which had to be removed. This was a big, complicated job, carried out professionally and with ingenuity. I'm very pleased with the work and happy to recommend the company; I've used their services several times before too.

• Boiler repair

  Our boiler was leaking badly and we had no central heating. The engineer came out promptly the same evening I called him to assess the problem and came back the next day to fix it. He was polite, courteous, prompt and worked cleanly and it was obvious he was very experienced and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it straight away. He explained and showed me everything he did and was even kind enough to message a few days later to check everything was working. I would definitely use his services and have already recomended him to friends and family and would recomend him highly
