    Excellent service, no fuss, quick straightforward repair that could have been complicated. Planned ahead advising us what materials were needed which we procured and then came and simply did the job. Good price, no extortionate call out fees etc. Would highly recommend them.

    Had a leak coming out the waste of my toilet so slapped some putty on it (which moved the leak to the base of the cistern) and called Craig. Came over sharpish and had a look. Ended up taking the cistern off the wall (which had been glued on badly) without any damage. Replaced the donut and fixed some other bodged work he discovered midway through. Tested thoroughly and all fixed. Put the cistern back (straight this time!) and sealed up really tidily. Wouldn't know he'd even been here the work was done so well and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it! Would only use Craig in future!
