10Verified ReviewLike Knights in shining armour, Robin and Max came riding to the rescue. My 90 year old had a broken water heater that needed replacing. The original company agreed to do the job, but after the initial visit which was very prompt, they then became uncontactable for over a week, leaving mo9ther in law without any hot water for 10 days. Contacted Robin and he and Max visited same day, agreed a price and set to immediately. New heater arrived next day and was fitted without fuss. Result was one happy mother in law. 10Verified ReviewGot Robin in to sort an issue out on my boiler after I'd woken to find the heating wouldn't come on and no hot water!! Arghhh!!! Luckily he was able to call-out the same day which I know is rare these days. The boiler needed a couple of new parts which had broken, which he ordered and came back the next day to fit them as soon as they arrived. Robin was so polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly which I thought was very different from other trades people I have used before. Neat and tidy, and I would consider totally trustworthy too. Highly recommended !!
