    Pleasent and efficient. Like payment is per equipment regardless of time spent. The numbers of other repairers wasting time to get over the hour to change more, doesn't arise. Much better this way

    I needed to replace an internal bulb in freezer part of the large US type Fridge Freezer. Has no idea how to do it or what type of bulb needed. Contacted this local company, who ordered the correct one and installed today. I'm 63 (not a pensioner quite yet) but no idea how or what to do. Thankfully, this company and young man turned up as expected and with no fuss just did the job. Will use this company again.

Engineers are local and aim to visit either Same-day or next working day, time slots aim to accommodate customers with their busy schedules.
