    The job has been completed to a very good standard. It took a couple of months longer than initially discussed due to some supply issues, notably with the steels, but this is an issue throughout the sector. The final cost was very close to the original quotation, despite a number of changes and additions as we progressed. The team very friendly, courteous and helpful and we always got a quick response to our queries. Overall I would strongly recommend GDS.

We have been established for over a decade and work for several architects who we can also recommend, or we can cover the whole package where everything stays within us from design, plans and permission through to structural engineers and complete builds. We have completed over a hundred builds from garage and loft conversions, refurbs, and large extensions to new builds.

We have recently completed a new build 4 bed house to a high spec at Graven hill site (as seen on grand designs)

We generally work under contract and our work is fully insured and guaranteed.

We offer everything from the start Architects design to the Build
