• The worst possible experience and Geraint has taken the money and ran

  This is hugely unfortunate with this being our first ever nervous kitchen installation. To summarise; over the course of a week and a half Geraint's promised team didn't show up and there was no communication. The first tradesperson to show up got nearly no work done and then didn't show up again. Geraint 'swapped them out' with another and the same situation repeated 3 times. Geraint suggested we go separate ways, so we did, and the new professional had to first undo the small work done as it was all incorrect. Geraint has taken £500 and has no longer responded to messages for 7 weeks so far.

  Paid for a service I have still not received. Contacted in January for carpentry services and the tradesmen have not turned up on multiple occasion, on one occasion someone did turn up with the wrong equipment spent 2 hours at the property which I was invoiced for and was told he would be back in a week. It has been almost 7 weeks and still not had anyone back. No communication with GE property maintenance have called them several times and cannot get an answer. I have had to take time off work after being told someone is coming to the property at a certain time and no one shows up.

  Initial contact was prompt but they never returned with a quote and haven’t answered the phone since. They said they could do the job quickly as there was availability and then nothing. Poor service would not recommend

  Tradesman never showed up. Office unable to contact him. First and foremost hope that he is ok and that nothing happened to him. Office clearly thought that it was unreasonable of me to have been irritated by having had my first booking date delayed by one week because of staff sickness, despite their assertions about having great availability, and then the second tradesman not showing up. Hence the bad review but no reflection on the quality of their work as none was carried out. And I reiterate that I hope that the absent tradesman is ok.
