• Wetroom/stairs altering and raising floor level

  As my partner is now wheelchair bound and we wanted to stay in our own home it was necessary to alter stairs, raise floor and install a wet room which made upstairs on one level, instead of 3. Neil and the team were brilliant in carrying out the work, making sure that my partner was consulted every step of the way so that everything worked around him. All of the different trades were first class and we're delighted with the work done. Everything they said would be done was and to a high standard. Thanks to Neil and the team and also the girls in the office. Nothing was too much trouble.

• Understairs Cloakroom Toilet and Basin

  Really happy with end result, looks lovely. Neil was brilliant very tidy workman. Things that could have gone better. Job was to start Monday 4th March, I had taken half day holiday to let workman in, supposed to be there for 8.30am, by 9am and no sign I called the office. Was told that the van of the worker was in the garage and he wouldn't be starting until the following day. Although apologetic I should have received a call telling me this, not me having chase it. On survey, missed the fact there was a router.Cost additional £160 for it to be moved. Expensive for 30 mins work

• Interior design gone wrong

  Promised us they would sort everyting out for us. Communication was dreadful! Couldnt deliver on their promise and we had to drop them and get somebody else as we didnt want to have to re-do more of thier work. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Have video and photo evidence to back up their shoddy work. Please dont get tricked by their sell of how good they are.....stay away!

• Removal of toilet to clear blockage in soil pipe.

  Contacted Gerrard Interiors having used them for several jobs in the past. As ever they were extremely reliable and were able to fix our toilet within 24 hours of me first contacting them. Absolute lifesavers as we had a party the following day and were desperate to have a working downstairs loo! Plumber was courteous throughout and not only cleared the blockage but put right a flaw he discovered from the original install (by a different company) which hopefully means we won’t suffer further blockages in the future.
