    I'm extremely satisfied with the service I got from Rav and can't recommend him enough. He promptly responded to my initial enquiry, arrived on time for site visits and is very responsive in terms of follow ups to questions or enquiries. I have been impressed with Rav's knowledge and experience. He has proposed some creative ideas for the extension but is equally realistic about what is achievable and is thoughtful about balancing costs with return on investment as well as what the customer would like.
