10Gina gave a quote within 24 or so hours or our enquiry & gave a detailed list of what was included. Communication was great from everything from deposit to getting the key etc. On the day of the clean, she contacted me to let me know she was there & also warned me that the carpets were quite damaged/stained so as to manage expectation of the cleaning of them. The clearance company who had removed items had already advised the carpets weren’t in great condition but they still came up great. Clean was beyond expectation & very detailed - would 100% recommend to anyone needing any type of clean!
