    Gareth contacted straightaway and was polite and courteous during the phone conversation-I like a personal approach, particularly, if they can quote so that you know if you can afford,thus, no nasty surprises. He attended when he said he would,explained what he was going to do and the outcome that should happen-he was respectful not only of myself but also my property even going above what was expected. I would have no hesitation to recommend Gareth which I am happy to endorse and wish him the best in future
