Our home insurance company had already sent out a leak detection specialist who was unable to find a leak and recommended we contact a damp proofing specialist as they suspected it was penetrating damp. I emailed Gavin and he replied the same evening, with an appointment later in the week. He carried out tests to determine that our damp proofing was fine. In his report he stated that it was most likely a simple leak in the kitchen area. He was correct. Gavin is polite, honest and friendly. His charges are reasonable. Highly recommend.
