  We found GKR builders to be extremely professional in rectifying building issues with our garden room. They always arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful of our property. We would definitely use them again and have passed on their contact details to family members 10/10 for a fantastic job done Additional, as an engineer of 25+years, albeit in a different field of application, I noticed the following. 1. Can do will do attitude. 2. Ability to work through a problem calmly and within challenging time targets. 3. Work as a combined unit, team work and with Pride!

• Demolishing old garage and building a new garage

  Overall experience with GKR Builders Ltd is a very good one, very polite people, mannered and great workmanship too. During my project we have faced many challenges including building control requesting to go deeper on garage foundations due to trees nearby. GKR builders have solved the problem and addressed this major issue in a professional manner. The weather did not help yet these guys were working throughout the day in the rain non stop. I highly recommend their service and without a doubt I will use GKR Builders Ltd. again for my future projects.
