    Fantastic, polite, tidy, courteous team. This was an enormous job including a garage conversion and removal of supporting walls. Could not be happier with the process and end result which included flooring, doors, a bathroom and new kitchen. Inevitably the project ended over budget but this was well managed throughout and I always knew where I stood on over-runs. The usual small snags have be dealt with efficiently and effectively with no quibbles.

  • Major garage refurbishment

    We recently had our garage refurbished by Gladdish and sons and are extremely pleased with the work. This included removal and replacement of an asbestos roof, demolition of rear part of garage, building work to make good and upgrading of all electrics. The work was carried out to a very high standard and in a timely manner. We were kept well informed at all times of the progress of the work. We would thoroughly recommend them as an excellent building company and would definitely use them again.

  • Rear extension and house renovations

    We used Gladdish and Sons for a full-width ground floor rear extension alongside other renovations in our new home – including alterations to the layout upstairs and an unexpected new staircase! The work has been done to a really high quality and we’re extremely happy with the rear extension; it’s exactly what we envisaged. Working areas are left clear and tidy at the end of each day, and when issues crop up (as they always do with house renovations!), we’re provided with suggestions on how to address them, with a clear breakdown of costs. We look forward to the next stage of our project!

Hello, I am Markus Gladdish and I run a family building and landscaping business which is now well established within the East Preston locality. 
I started my business in 2002, and since then it has grown steadily. My remit abilities has also increased and I am proud to say that I can offer a complete and professional building service, from small to large projects. I always personally manage and undertake each project from concept to completion and I am entirely devoted to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. 
A recent addition to the business are two of my sons, Joshua and Sebastian,  who joined me to learn the numerous skills necessary to fulfil the many varied projects we undertake regularly. They bring with them brick laying and carpentry skills, both having gained experience during extensions and patio projects.
Although a great deal of our remits are straight forward, I particularly enjoy the challenge of 'working outside the box' where I can offer inspirational solutions and ideas to customer requests where the norm may not apply.
