  On contacting Robert at Global Roofing I was given a day for the work to be done that was only a couple of days away. On the day of the work he kept us fully informed as to his time of arrival which was later than he thought due to some out of stock parts. Robert assisted by his farther worked quickly to get the new guttering up and tested. I'm very pleased with the result.

  Robert was very quick to respond to the inquiry and once I'd agreed the verbal quote on the phone he was on site in under 2 hours. He found and rectified a number of issues including some cracked tiles all covered under the original quote. I had thought the quote was a bit high but for the service we got I now think It was spot on.

He carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently and gave good advice about possible issues in the future. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and at a very good price. • Failed to turn up twice

  They failed to turn up twice, or to notify that they weren't going to be able to call in. I was happy to re-arrange once, but I don't want to waste a third afternoon. So I can't really give any rating higher than 1.
