Josh had been the previous week to fit a hot water thermostat which had been identified as the problem. However the problem was not resolved so Josh had to revisit. He fitted a new valve head and this has resolved the problem. He was very professional and courteous during his visit and explained to us what he had done.

One year ago wd chose Chose Glow to replace and reposition boiler/new radiator/shower etc. From the initial visit by Jack to the completion of the works, I cannot fault them. We have just had the first service of the boiler. Yet again they were efficient and reliable. The office staff are friendly and efficient. It is so nice to talk to real people without being put on hold for ages I highly recommended this company.

From getting in touch with glow about getting a new boiler everything went smoothly from Richard coming round within a day or 2 he was very courteous of our property. He put shoe covers over his boots as he entered the house and was very professional with the survey and covered everything that was needed to bring the system upto requirements, the price I was quoted was very competitive and in the ball park figure of what I thought it would be so very pleased with that. Once I accepted the quote it was only 2 days for the installation to take place, Cameron the fitter was very professional.
