Throughout an clear - well communicated service by Janaqi with the time to ensure that the 'right' job is done; instead of a quick and 'get it done' service. With a baby on the way we really appreciated him fitting us in pre Christmas; and his communication and the time taken to ensure that the full boiler system was working properly after the works done.
