    Marc was a very professional man, came out to look at a job which I needed advice with. He advised it didn’t need doing and was fine as it was so I offered him to tile the porch which he did turned up when he said he would did a great job, left it tidy. Will certainly be offering him more work, would highly recommend him.

    The project was a bespoke modern garden studio 7mx3.5m with concrete base, brick course and timber stud with composite cladding boards. Firstly there was only a rough plan not accurate drawings but it didn’t stop Marc creating an impressive building which was exactly as I had wanted. He was easy to deal with, did great work and always attended as planned. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

    The work by Marc and his team included repointing, rendering and plastering, painting of bargeboards and fascia’s, guttering and drainpipe repair. A reliable and conscientious company; the quality of work and attention to detail were both excellent. Have used them subsequently for rendering and drain repairs and would highly recommend them

Welcome to Godalming Property Services!


My name is Marc Lintott, I have been working in the building industry since leaving school in 1990 and in that time, I have built up an extensive knowledge of buildings and their construction. I have been plastering for around 15 years and have skills in carpentry and brickwork too. I also have a keen interest in period property.
