• Re-felting of domer flat roof

  Goldseal Roofing and Building provided the most competitive quote but in absolute terms it still seemed quite expensive. The original quote was just for the flat roof but rotten wood was found under the UPVC facias that resulted in them needing to be replaced. Unfortunately this resulted in having to make a rushed decision on the day. All work was done to a good standard, though it required a bit of discussion to find a good solution to one aspect of the job. Note that the firm is smaller than one would expect (they are not VAT registered) from the glossy advert on Checkatrade.

  Good quote and we’re able to fit the work in on the same day. The guys were quick, efficient and went the extra mile (saw a little extra grouting that needed repair and fixed that too at no extra cost). Cleaned/swept up afterwards, excellent job, couldn’t be happier!
