  Bill and his Team installed bathroom and Kitchen Down-lights and external security lighting and a new Consumer Unit with RCBOs on each Circuit. The Team arrived on time and were very friendly, willing to help and polite. The Communication was very good and we were kept informed and they answered any questions or queries we had in a professional manner. They respected my property and family and they were always cheerful.

  Bill was fantastic. Came round within a few days to assess the situation. Really reasonable initial fee for fault finding compared with other quotes. Quoted the same day. Fitted a new unit within a week, again at what feels like a really good price. No sales patter, just good honest workmanship and fantastic customer service.

  Had an unexpected disconnect with electric supply to downstairs unable to get rcd box to respond on Saturday morning .Have used Goodwin electrical for other work so called to arrange help.Used their chat box to communicate via Web page found that easy to use.Unfortunately they could not offer an out of hours service but did arrange for a visit Monday .Mr Goodwin arrived at the due time as arranged &proceeded to investigate the problem took a while but eventually pinpointed the problem &sorted it out.He is extremely professional polite &tidy &methodical in his working .Would recommend him .
