    Shingirai was very polite, friendly and professional. After mending my washing machine he didn't want me to pay him until my machine had successfully completed a wash. He said he would come back that evening if there were any issues. There weren't so I paid him by transfer. Very pleased to have my machine up and running again.

    If you are reading reviews looking for an excellent tradesperson you need look no further. I called and spoke to Shingie in the morning he showed up the same day, he had anticipated which parts would likely be required, my machine was swiftly repaired by a very experienced engineer who also happens to be a wonderful human being. I was half dreading the bill but need not have worried as it was incredibly reasonable. Trying to break other white goods now to get Shingie to come back :)
