9.25Verified ReviewBen and James stood out for us amongst all the tradespeople we’ve used: polite, friendly, communicative, and going above and beyond to help us out. They were also cheap and didn’t take a cut from work that needed to be done by their sub contractors. They recommended us some people to build our balcony who were far cheaper than anyone else, and they organised themselves around the balcony building so it all worked really well. Silicone render done to a very high standard. Some cement render bits at the basement needed a bit of extra cutting at the edges from us, but not a big deal. Thanks!
