    We had a blockage in the outlet of the shower in the bathroom. Not used often, only if we have visitors. John fitted showers in both bathroom and on- suite 2-3 years ago. I tried to remove the trap thinking it was blocked. after about 1/2 hour gave up and called John. Within 2 hours he was here, had the trap out in about 6 seconds ( I hadn't been doing it right) sorted the problem in about 3 minutes. All now working perfectly again. Would not accept any payment. I have come to expect only the best service from him, and he's a nice guy too. Cannot recommend enough

    John attended promptly and identified the least invasive means of accessing and repairing the leak, via the kitchen ceiling. Having repaired the leak, he made good the rectangular section of the ceiling which had been removed. This was then finished and repainted to a high standard, such that you could not tell that the repair had been done. John is a perfectionist and I would definitely recommend him.

    John removed shower that had been fitted only 4 years ago from some cowboy plumbers which was poor quality, leaked and was noisy. Fitted good standard replacement shower. Nice chap, timely, efficient, competitively priced and very good standard of work. Very happy and would not hesitate to use John again in the future and more than happy to recommend.
