Removal and replacement of an old toilet with a new one.

Jaime was incredibly communicative throughout, getting in touch almost immediately after I placed the job and discussing rough prices etc. up-front. He had availability the very next day to do the work, inspecting the problem and sourcing replacement parts before completing the work all within around 2.5 hours. The work carried out seems to be good quality and everything is working well, and we've discussed "next steps" to complete a further small bit of work specific to us. I'd be happy to recommend Jaime based on this.

4Verified ReviewCrossed wires! Nice & friendly chap, but disappointed by poor communication and planning. We messaged via Text and as far as I was concerned, we had arranged for the replacement of a sticking central heating zone valve. But when Jaime turned up he just oiled the sticky valve again (which I have previously been doing myself) - not ideal. The bill was quite large for the minimal effort, but we did later agree to compromise at 50% as goodwill for his time spent visiting. In hindsight, would have been better to communicate by phone and also to agree the scope of the works in advance.
