10Verified ReviewI was able book a tree surgeon at a convenient time at short notice via a call to a friendly, direct human being, having sent an email and photo. The surgeon and his colleague arrived early, reconfirmed the desired shape post-pruning, worked with care and diligence, and didn't damage anything despite the only access being through our house. They were focused, but friendly, and when I asked to help carrying the timber to the chipper they accommodated me. The tree looks as I hoped it would, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were the best priced quote I got, too!
