Damage to Conservatory Roof , Abusive Texts Received, Job Not Completed
2Verified ReviewBooked Graham to purchase and install dusk to dawn security light for back garden, and to install two light fittings (already purchased) for my sister, who is 85 and disabled. He wrongly said PIR lights are not available any more, so he fitted a floodlight and photocell instead. He has made a hole and destroyed PVC cover in her conservatory roof by fitting a photocell to it without permission. He forgot to install the two light fittings after being there for 5 hours! He’s sent us upsetting, abusive texts. Not paid yet as we are getting estimate for damage.

He came to view the problem on the way to another job, the problem seems to have fixed itself and I offered to pay a call out for his time as I was quite embarrased for wasting his time, he kindly declined, whilst also helping secure a fitting neither me or my other half could manage! Very kind, very professional, very personable. If I have problems in the future I wont post on here, I will certainly go straight to him without hesistation.

We provide a full range of electrical services within the domestic, commercial and industrial fields. We are highly qualified electrician/engineers and perfectionists, with over 40 year’s worth of electrical engineer experience.
We expertly carry out all aspects of electrical installation work to the latest regulations (BS7671) to exacting standards. This includes rewiring, installation or repair of sockets and light fittings. We also supply and fit domestic security lighting systems.
Carrying out all aspects of electrical installation contracting, no matter how Big or how Small.
Commercially we carry out electrical works from shop-fitting to agriculture including menage, security and display lighting. Within the office environment we carry out Fire and Security, Data Cabling and terminations, emergency lighting and telecoms.
We have also carried out electrical installation work from 11kv switchgear down to microprocessor control equipment. From mines and quarries equipment to rewiring the French Embassy in Kensington.
