10Verified ReviewExcellent! Communication about the start of work was very good and we were informed about small delay caused by weather. Old decking was rotten and had to be carried through the house. But it was done in such way, that there was not even any dirt inside. They took time to install new frame perfectly and checked everything several times. Not sure how can someone work through the day without taking a break, but Grand Oak team does. :) Never experienced more polite and careful workers at home. New deck looks great and we can strongly recommend Grand Oak to anyone who wants perfect work done.
