Ben who organised was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. The fitting took place on time and was carried out by Neil and Steve both very likeable gents who did a great professional job and left us with 8 great new windows. Would recommend Grand Openings to anyone needing windows (I imagine doors too) and certainly will recommending to any friends and family that may need.

It felt as if I had to chase them to agree the date when the work would be carried out. Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the workmanship and the doors/window. Price was very reasonable.

We are an independent based company with a new showroom opening in Walton on the Hill in September. Ben the Managing Director has had 20 years’ experience working with Anglian Home Improvements and more recently The Heritage Window Company. Last July he decided to open Grand Openings as he could see the levels of customer service had dropped at other companies. He wanted to put what he had seen and experienced in to his own business and make sure his company looked after the customer from start to finish rather than the job being passed to multiple people once a sale had been achieved. At Grand Openings Ben will manage the process from start to finish and personally visits every customer prior to completion. We do not offer a hard sell and no prices will be given on the day, following a fact finding visit we email a quotation with no pressure or deadlines set.
