  • Refurbishment kitchen/dining room/bathroom, new boiler and replaced old conservatory roof to slate

    Works - open kitchen diner; change conservatory roof to slate roof; refurbish bathroom/new boiler. Time given for work to be completed approx 5 months, but overran by a lot of months. Work completion signed-off 02/08/2023. Work began very well, unfortunately there were issues with brickie and plasterers, works had to be redone; the plumber was the worse causing major delays to works due to his incompetence. I am told they are no longer used. Overall, very happy with Kitchen/diner, but now leak in bathroom from roof; Selvin say struggling to get hold of roofer since Nov, urgently needs fixing.

    Selvin and his team did an excellent job…..so many other firms didn’t want to touch this job….When Selvin came he looked at the job in hand…. measured up the window etc and was back to me in really short time with a quote. The replacement window frame was made in really quick time as was the removal of the old window….the joinery etc is first rate as was the painting job…… He also at short notice cleaned up and repointed an old chimney I can’t speak highly enough of him and his team. I’d have no hesitation in hiring him again
