He took the trouble to explain our options and relate them to costs in such a way that we could make informed decisions. Once he was awarded the contract Tom continued to communicate through the detailed planning stage and work started on time once weather was accounted for. Tom and his team of guys turned up on time, worked bloody hard, accommodated some last minute alterations to the job and kept me well informed of progress and challenges.
